Tableland Athletics would like to invite all athletes in FNQ to our Interclub Pentathlon Day, which is held at the Tolga Reserve, Kennedy Highway, Sunday 9th August.
All athletes 6 years to Masters compete in a fixed 5-event program. A tetrathon is offered to 4 and 5 year olds. There is also a Throws Pentathlon, consisting of hammer, shot put, discus, javelin and weight throw. The Throws Pentathlon will be limited to the first 20 nominations received and athletes must be 14yrs and above to compete. Day registered athletes (not currently registered to any club) are welcome to attend but will need to register as a day athlete.

Participation medals for all U6 athletes only. Medals awarded to first 3 place getters in each age group 6yrs+ & trophies awarded to record breakers.
A full canteen will be in operation throughout the day, including breakfast and a coffee van will be on site.
All age groups will begin at 9.00am with the exception of Hammer for the Throws Pentathlon which will begin at 8.20am. Event times for all age groups will be emailed to competing athletes once nominations are finalised.
Nominations close Tuesday 4th August at 11.59pm. NO LATE NOMINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
